MARKETING INTERNSHIP

July 15th - August 17th - College Level
Hourly: $18 per Hour
Approximately 10-15 hours per week on a flexible schedule

DESCRIPTION

Assist the Marketing and Public Relations Team in implementing a variety of direct marketing programs. This could include canvasing, street team work, posting flyers and positioning signage including bandits, sandwich boards and banners. Social media implementation and participation in strategy meetings and planning sessions is also on the table.

Specific skills will include, but are not limited to, relationship management, social skills, organizational skills, digital literacy and professionalism. This position does involve light travel and walking mobility.

ELIGIBILITY

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be local to or currently residing in Troy, NY
Must be available for August 7 - 22nd for on-site programming
Must have access to transportation
Must have access to a cell phone and email / internet
Must have a working handle on the English language

LIVE EVENT INTERNSHIP

August 8st - August 17th - College Level
Hourly: $18 per hour
Approximately 10-15 hours per week on a flexible schedule

DESCRIPTION

Assist the Site Management Team in coordinating various elements of producing a live circus event, to include hospitality, technical elements, scheduling, marketing, house and audience management, and more. 

Specific skills will include, but are not limited to, supporting on stage artists with time management, communicating with technical team, Box Office and House Management, social skills, organizational skills, digital literacy and professionalism.

ELIGIBILITY

Must be at least 18 years of age
Must be available for August 8 - 17th on show site
Must be local to or currently residing in Troy, NY
Must have access to transportation
Must have access to a cell phone and email / internet
Must have a working handle on the English language
